Our Evolving Story
As a working mom of three, our co-founder S. Ayana was at a loss when juggling transportation needs for her children. She was tired of her children missing out on important activities, events, and life experiences because she was unable to provide timely and adequate transportation. She did not trust Lyft and Uber because the service was not legally designed for kids under the age of 18 years old. So S. Ayana along with her two business partners O. Geneva and Derek created Karriage for kids to help parents and schools transport kids where they need to go. They expanded their transportation services for Work Programs (Factories, etc), Healthcare, and Freight Load Carriers/Brokers. Karriage also fills the gap of educating, connecting and providing basic life needs and enrichment resources to Drivers, Vendors, and Partners so we all THRIVE.
